Studios and client data

Photography studios control the client data they upload and are responsible for their notices, permissions, and lawful instructions. Zary Studio OS processes that data to provide the service to the studio. Clients should contact their photographer first to exercise rights concerning studio-controlled content.

Service providers

We use vetted providers to operate the platform, including Vercel for hosting, InsForge for account authentication, database, and storage services, Stripe for payments, and Resend for transactional email. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Retention and security

We retain information while an account is active and as needed for backup, security, dispute resolution, tax, and legal obligations. We use access controls, encryption in transit, signed webhooks, and operational safeguards; however, no online system can guarantee absolute security.
